What is ice cream powder?

Ice cream powder consists of powdered milk, sugar, salep, stabilizer, fruit or vanilla powder, and cocoa.

Ice cream powder is one of the easiest methods to make ice cream, which is prepared by mixing the powder (with the desired taste) with a certain amount of water or milk.

We have two types of ice cream powder:

1- Water based ice cream powder (sorbet)

To prepare this powder, water, sometimes sugar, fruit puree juice, and vanilla are used. These ice cream powders are for sour-tasting ice creams in which milk cannot be used.

2- Milk based ice cream powder (Gelato)

Milk, sugar, salep, and various flavors have been used to make this ice cream. These flavors include saffron, vanilla, cocoa, banana, etc.
